How the referral fee is calculated
Referral fee = rate × (customer payment + platform discount − tax). On a $30 order at 8%, the referral fee is $2.40; at 6% it is $1.80. The referral fee includes payment processing in the US.

Is there a separate transaction fee in the US?
For US orders after April 3, 2023 the referral fee replaced the separate transaction fee, according to published seller guides.
Did the US referral fee go up to 8%?

How are refunds charged?
